Why can't I submit my press release?
If you are having issues with completing the submission of your press release, we are here to help. Please let us know what error you are encountering when you try to submit your press release. This will help us identify the problem and provide a solution.
There are FOUR common reasons why you might be experiencing issues when submitting your release:
- Minimum number of words
- Objectionable words
- You have not fully completed the submission form
- Your press release has been flagged
Minimum Number of Words
We require that your press release meet our minimum number of words specified by our editorial team. We aim to ensure that your press release or news release contains enough information to provide details for our readers and visitors. If you are still encountering issues with the length of your press release, kindly contact one of our customer support staff members for additional assistance.
We do not allow any vulgar, adult related or slander in any of our press releases. We have a strict 3-step editorial guideline to ensure the quality and accuracy of each press release we publish. If your press release contains any objectionable words, please remove them from your press release. One of our customer support representatives will be happy to assist you further, please feel free to submit a helpdesk ticket.

Flagged Press Release
To ensure all submitted content adheres to our editorial guidelines, we have set up our system to flag any releases that are potentially related to litigation, publicly-traded companies or venture capital deals/partnerships.
